Playing around with the player.setscale console command in Skyrim and fought a blood dragon. Apparently making your character very small has a negative effect on your damage output, speed, jumping height and well standing height. They should mod this so you can make yourself much smaller, then skeever fights will be as epic as dragon battles lol.

Speak no HTML

Ok, that's definitely the last time I try to add some of my own HTML, just out of curiosity. After sitting staring at the code for 3 hours really isn't a good idea, these mistakes can be pretty subtle if you're clueless about HTML like me. Although I'm pretty sure the problem could've been solved in a fraction of the time if it weren't for Skyrim...

First Battlefield 3 Live commentary :D After a 6 hour BF3 binge last night, I finally remembered to record some gameplay. This was one of those matches, although not a lot happened it was a fun round none the less. Also having a good amount of left over clips, I'm going to compile them all into one video as some of the rounds weren't as exciting as the others.

Using old gameplay footage to improve

So maybe you've hit a slump, keep dying due to bad decisions or generally falling prey constantly to the opposing team.

Halo Reach: Target Pratice v1

Playing PC fps then trying a console fps can be quite different, the most obvious difference being the controls. The latter being the main issue for me, I took action and decided to make a little map to practice and warm up on before going online.
This map is avaiable on the Halo Reach file share (map name: Target practice v1)

Battlefield Bad Company 2: M1 vs M14

Someone requested a video of the M1 Garand, and since I kind of half arsed the M14 video, I made a dual tutorial/comparison video.

And now to make up for my incoherent mumblings, I've added subtitles :D




This video is mainly aimed at those who haven't unlocked either of these guns, although players already used to them may (or may not) find some useful info from this.
The M1 Garand and M14 are pretty much identical, with the exception of the M14 having an extra 2 bullets.
Damage wise, the most shots you'll need to kill someone is around about 4-6 or 3-4 if using magnum ammo.
Also note that range plays a big part in how many bullets you'll need, but as general rule of thumb with any gun in this game...
Closer you are, the less shots you need.

Using the G3

About time I made a video using the G3.

It's a a blown up MP5 that breaks people.....quickly.

Being able to kill in 4-6 shots and 3-4 with magnum ammo, makes this gun lethal in the right hands...that is if you can handle the recoil.

I am no means an expert with the gun but the video below will hopefully give you a quick insight to using the weapon and handling the recoil by pulling down your mouse when firing and shooting in small bursts.

Oh and I shoot the wall a lot to give you people an idea on spray patterns.

This gun kicks like a mule.






I love it.

In this video I was in a team that was getting held back way too much at the home base.
So I attempted to push out and flank the enemy team and steal points A and B (mostly A)
in an attempt to bring the game back in our favour....we got raped needless to say :( lol.
Wish they took the KDR out of games, then hopefully people will then have to go and at least try and go for objectives.

Bad Company 2: Some M14 Tips

The gun everyone seems to hate, although personally I like it.
Maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment as it's proved difficult to use but in the end, I can honestly say that its been worth it :)

Just remember, it's a marksman rifle, not an assault rifle in this game.

Play slow and steady, and use cover effectively while attacking at distances.
