Muscle memory practice

If you play RTS games, these little exercises may or may not come in handy for FPS games. Feel free to experiment with them, personally I find them useful for trying new mouse sensitivities.

Halo Reach: Target Pratice v1

Playing PC fps then trying a console fps can be quite different, the most obvious difference being the controls. The latter being the main issue for me, I took action and decided to make a little map to practice and warm up on before going online.
This map is avaiable on the Halo Reach file share (map name: Target practice v1)
